Cod fish Braga style the easy but tasty way…

With this recipe you’ll make a delicious bacalhau à braga, perfect and with an incredible flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 loins of cod fish
  • Thinly sliced potatoes for frying
  • 5 onions
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar
  • Black olives for decor and taste

Preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
  • Fry the potatoes and place them in a Pyrex dish.
  • Coat the cod loins in flour and fry them.
  • Place the fillets on top of the potatoes.
  • Slice the onions and sauté them in a frying pan with olive oil until they are translucent.
  • Drizzle with a little vinegar and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and drizzle over the cod.
