Cod fish Braga style the easy but tasty way…
With this recipe you’ll make a delicious bacalhau à braga, perfect and with an incredible flavor.
Ingredients:
- 4 loins of cod fish
- Thinly sliced potatoes for frying
- 5 onions
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Black olives for decor and taste
Preparation:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Fry the potatoes and place them in a Pyrex dish.
- Coat the cod loins in flour and fry them.
- Place the fillets on top of the potatoes.
- Slice the onions and sauté them in a frying pan with olive oil until they are translucent.
- Drizzle with a little vinegar and cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove from the heat and drizzle over the cod.
